A therapist-client relationship is only formed after:

Informed consent,
And confirmation of services.

This website and email communications are not monitored for emergencies.

3. No Therapeutic Relationship

Contacting the practice through this website, email, or contact forms does not create a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established after an intake process has been completed and informed consent documents have been signed.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees for services will be discussed prior to the start of treatment and may be outlined in the client intake paperwork. Payment is generally due at the time services are provided unless otherwise agreed upon. The practice reserves the right to update service fees with appropriate notice.

5. Credit Card Authorization

Clients may be required to keep a valid credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card on file for payment of services and applicable fees. By providing payment information, clients authorize Nordic Hearts Therapy LLC to charge the card for services rendered, including session fees, copayments, deductibles, and late cancellation or missed appointment fees when applicable.

6. Telehealth Services

Nordic Hearts Therapy provides telehealth services only. Services are provided to clients physically located in states where the clinician is licensed at the time of the session.

You are responsible for ensuring you are located in an eligible state during services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, logos, graphics, downloads, and materials — is the property of Nordic Hearts Therapy and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.
